Just a curious thing that I've wondered about as the result of a recent real-life discussion.
Where do you get your news from? The big 3 broadcast networks? Internet? Newspaper? Which ones?
For me, I watch NBC news most nights. I listen to a local liberally slanted talk show in the morning, as well as Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Shawn Hannity and Mark Levin most days. I also watch Fox news coverage here and there and Meet the Press on Sunday. I'll also check various newspaper and network websites along with Drudge.
You?
Where do you get most of your news?

I get my news from twitter. BreakingNews founders still post breaking news even though someone took over the @BreakingNews account. That's where I get breaking news from. That and the FoxNews iPhone app giving alerts.
otherwise: www.foxnews.com www.drudgereport.com Otherwise I pick it up from twitter and streaming talk radio. |

Fox Yahoo Abc Msnbc New York Times Los Angeles Times Times Herald Record Nbc Bbc Business reports The Nation Some radio Broadcasts Also whenever a story pops up in mainstream news I go to the local papers website, they normally have a better account of the actual event in question. whenever I can I try to see what at least three of the media sites are reporting on one single issue to get a semi-full idea of what is happening based on a few views of the story. |

Car radio is usually on NPR, unless its pledge week, then usually some other talk stations.
Internet I usually check Drudge first, stop by FoxNews to see what they're talking about, then its off to RealClearPolitics and will read through several of their stories, not just politics, but history, energy, tech and science as well. I DVR The Five and Special Report, but may catch Cavuto or Shep while I'm home for lunch. If I'm up late; Red Eye I get most of my local news from the Mrs, who prefers watching and reading local. |
