FBI report clashes with a number of different eye witness testimonies

http://www.cbsnews.com/news/police-poss ... e-suspect/
http://www.mcclatchydc.com/news/crime/a ... 70427.html

These are interesting articles, adding more controversy.

First, there has been speculation that police actually killed innocents in 'friendly fire" at the Pulse night club. The Orlando Police Chief John Mina said Monday: "Any deaths caused by police fire as they battled Omar Mateen inside the Pulse nightclub in the wee hours of June 12 should be blamed on Mateen and not on the responding officers." There were no denials. Only shifts of responsibility to Mateen. Forensics still had to account for where all the police bullets ended up.

Whether this friendly fire happened or not, it remains totally unknown, although Norman Casiano -- the happy guy of the amazing healing powers -- said he was shot at once by police when he tried to escape.

The more important part of the article deals with the FBI report: "The initial FBI release condensed more than three hours of police activity into less than two pages."

In a redacted transcript released Monday, the FBI revealed that there was no gunfire detected inside the club from shortly after 2:08 a.m., when “officers from various law enforcement agencies made entrance to Pulse and engaged the shooter,” to around 5:14 a.m., when Orlando Police Department “radio communication stated that shots were fired.”

“Based on OPD radio communications, there were no reports of shots being fired inside Pulse between the initial exchange of gunfire between responding officers and the shooter, and the time of the final breach,” the FBI synopsis said.

That transcript is very important because it absolutely clashes with what several eye-witnesses said what happened. They all said that the 'gunman' was shooting victims occasionally throughout the period from 2:08AM to 5:14AM. For instance:

1. Angel Colon said he was rescued around 2:25AM while the 'gunman' was trading bullets with police outside.

2. Norman Casiano said he was shot at by the gunman and then shot at by police after the initial chaos that simmered down after 2:08AM. He escaped and was taken to hospital by 3AM.

3. Patience Carter and Tiara Parker both said they were shot by the gunman sometime in the hour leading up to police breaking through the Club concrete wall around 5AM. They were injured by the gunman, they said, while victims right next to them were shot to death.

So who is right? Why doesn't the FBI report of the police transcripts match up with victim statements?

The FBI also focused on describing the gunman Mateen as an "Islamic Soldier."

So the FBI is taking the political right side of the narrative, while the more Liberal news/gov side is taking the "he was a crazy domestic killer who might have been gay in the closet, but whatever, he shouldn't have gotten a semi-auto rifle" version of the narrative.

Victim shot 9 to 12 times and is recovering nicely

Another miracle....

Delgado was shot nine to 12 times when gunman Omar Mateen opened fire inside Pulse nightclub.

Delgado is now recovering in the hospital, her aunt tells News 12.

Delgado's family says she is recovering well, and they've been able to video chat with her in the hospital.

Simulations of wound damage: .223 bullets striking ballistic gel blocks

After hearing all these stories of victims getting wounded multiple times by Mateen's rifle, and yet recovering very well afterward, let's refer to the videos of gunmen firing real .223s. Their targets are blocks of ballistic gel which simulate dense human flesh. It's crazy how such remarkable damage can be inflicted by such small bullets. It's the speed, cavitation, and expansion of energy (all of which create brutal 'stress cavities') that cause so much damage.

Even if not shot in the center mass or head, a victim is still in a world of trouble, and will bleed out and die fairly fast. I don't see any average-sized person living after catching a bunch of .223s, unless they received expert medical attention immediately afterward. Even then, they could die if not hospitalized fast.

The official story of the Orlando Shooting is now in complete disarray after the selective release of transcripts and the FBI synopsis.

Everything we've been told about this story from the media and especially the eye-witnesses is now directly challenged by the FBI.

I'm still trying to figure out the new info that has come to light, though one thing is clear: a lot of people appear to be lying about key facets of the story. As to which group of people, it remains to be seen (all I know is that the stories of these survivors and witnesses sound pretty damn fishy). Whatever the case, two wildly conflicting official stories cannot co-exist. Stay tuned.

Judge Napolitano, based on his reading of the FBI summary, drops a bomb shell on TV

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rj84t7ekZgw

A better link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HeBBS2AtbKc

On June 20th, speaking as a guest on Fox News’s talk show Outnumbered, Judge Napolitano said:

“These are in two parts, there's an actual transcript, and then there's a summary of the rest. Here’s what's news in the summary, nobody died until 05:13 in the morning, when the SWAT team entered, prior to that no one had been killed. The 53 that were injured, and the 49 that were murdered all met their fates at the time of, and during, the police entry into the building.”

Napolitano bases his conclusion on what the FBI report said. More in a moment.

EDIT:

It looks like Napolitano is just wrong.

Detailed explanation by Creighton:
https://willyloman.wordpress.com/2016/0 ... d-herring/

The most important thing is that the FBI statement said:

“Based on OPD radio communications, there were no reports of shots being fired inside Pulse between the initial exchange of gunfire between responding officers and shooter, and the time of the final breach.”

Based on their reading, CBS reported the following:

http://www.cbsnews.com/news/police-poss ... e-suspect/

The FBI transcripts shows that Mateen first called 911 around 2:35 a.m. about 30 minutes after the first reports of shots fired inside the club. The SWAT team stormed the building at 5:02 a.m., and Mateen was reported dead 13 minutes later.

In the three hours in between, there were no reports of shots fired inside the nightclub, according to the FBI.

According to the FBI timeline, there were only two short time periods when bullets were flying inside Pulse -- at the very beginning and the very end -- and that has given rise to many questions about whether police bullets accidentally struck and killed some of the 49 victims of the shooting.

Which is interesting when we nail down what happened "at the very beginning." I have no comment on the friendly fire thing yet. My research will focus exactly on what the FBI said vs what the "eye-witnesses" making all those interviews said.

Mateen, the alleged gunman, was claimed by survivors to have made dozens of aimed shots at innocent club-goers. Aim-shoot. Aim-shoot. It wasn't all random 'spraying', which can't be done with a semi-auto. Bodies supposedly dropped everywhere. It was also claimed that he stalked around inside the large rooms of the club afterward and "re-shot" the injured and dead. He then shot numerous others later in the bathrooms throughout his stay back there.

But all of that is nonsense if the gunman, according to the FBI, was counter-attacked immediately by 1 cop, then 3, and then 6, and they chased him into the bathrooms with bullets. No shots were reported fired from "around" or just after 2:08 to just after 5AM.

How did the gunman injure and kill so many club-goers in literally just 1-6 minutes, while suddenly finding himself in a serious firefight with a growing pack of responding police officers? That's 102 innocent people shot -- some of them shot up to 4 - 12 times each! -- along with dozens of innocents "re-shot" at his leisure. We're talking hundreds of bullets dedicated to club-goers, while at the same time he's shooting at least dozens of rounds at cops.

Either the FBI is wrong. Or the various eye-witnesses with their embellished fishy stories are wrong. Or all of these stories are highly flawed, and there's an internal war going on for control of the official story. If the cops actually blew a bunch of people away, all those fancy witnesses on the news wouldn't talk about the scary lone gunman stalking them like the Terminator.

All I can tell you is that there's no way the gunman injured and killed 102 people right at the start, while simultaneously engaging police. Or right at the finish, while simultaneously engaging police. He had a semi-auto, not a Gatling gun.

Two media timelines for reference

http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/police ... id=UP97DHP

http://fox43.com/2016/06/16/timeline-of ... -shooting/

The start:

2:00-2:02 AM. Shots fired reported by police:
"initial burst of fire between Omar Mateen and a security guard at the Pulse nightclub"

Most witnesses say the shooting started just after 2:00AM. The shots were reported by police at 2:02AM.

2. 2:02 - 2:04 AM. One police officer appears at the scene immediately. Two more appear almost as quick.

"Around 2:02 a.m.: An officer working extra duty in full uniform at the club responds. He and two officers nearby open fire on the shooter, and a gun battle ensues."

2:06 - 2:08 AM? The gathering police enter and engage.

At this point the stories diverge. One says there was a big shoot-out, with bullets back and forth, and the gunman retreating (FOX). The other said the police swept the rooms, and eventually heard the gunman in the bathrooms, where they heard shots fired (MSN).

Both stories, along with that of the FBI, agree that the gunman shot his weapon for only a few minutes, somehow turning 1/3 of the entire club population into wounded or dead. Then no shots were fired until after 5AM. All stories have decided to censor the eye-witness stories that say otherwise. Why because those pesky, embellished Hollywood stories screw up theirs.

Slipped through the cracks: Orlando killer worked for DHS, State contractor

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2016/06 ... ssies.html

Earlier in the thread, I mentioned how there was a peripheral connection to the DHS, along with weird connections to the FBI and CIA. We're lead to believe that Mateen was some boring security guard working for G4S. Then again, G4S is a very high profile security outfit (with all those Wackenhut connections), and a major government contractor. The average G4S employee is well-trained, heavily screened, and may be assigned to serious jobs.

The security company that employed Orlando nightclub shooter Omar Mateen also is a federal contractor for the Homeland Security and State departments -- raising more questions about how he passed background checks despite being on the FBI’s radar screen and the level of security at a firm handling sensitive U.S. operations.

G4S became one of the U.S. government’s biggest contractors after the 9/11 attacks. ... last year alone reportedly had $89.3 million in federal contracts

The U.K.-based firm has a far-reaching portfolio that goes well beyond retirement villages, however, with its U.S. arm having become of the biggest government contractors since 9/11. This includes helping secure 40 U.S. embassies worldwide and working with U.S. agents on border patrol.

The article is amusing as it fleshes out the typical "slipped through the cracks" theory of Mateen.

-G4S heavy screening (with a psych exam no one can legally confirm)
-2 separate FBI investigations
-independent law enforcement 'checks'
-firearm screening

-despite warnings from co-workers that Mateen was a bad-ass talking nut, despite the fact that Mateen was being mentored by a former Al Qaeda terrorist and major federal felon (turned FBI informant), despite the fact that Mateen's father is a Taliban-praising quack (supported by the CIA and State) .... despite all this, Mateen slipped through the cracks.

This story is absurd. Mateen and his father appear to be small cogs in the big shadowy system. Mateen appears to have been selected and protected. For all we know, he might have been sent in to act out the role of a Red team gunman. Maybe he wasn't even there at all. I can't prove any of that, but it can be illustrated how he was part of the system, and moved through it with ease. The FBI would not have spent that much time on him earlier with 2 investigations, even 'luring him into a trap', to just let him go twice. Plus you don't hang out with terrorists and just expect to be ignored.

Mateen was likely one of their many useful idiots, like Mateen's so-called bank robber/Al Qaeda bodyguard mentor, who turned out to be a FBI informant.

Lock Down of information

Obama Admin Tells Florida Agencies To Deny Public Records Requests On Orlando Attack
http://dailycaller.com/2016/06/30/obama ... do-attack/

FBI asks agencies who responded to Pulse to deny records requests
http://www.orlandosentinel.com/news/pul ... story.html

The FBI has issued a gag order to all police, fire, and medical personnel responding to the event, as well as to Sheriff Mascara's department in Mateen's hometown of St Lucie, FL. No one can talk about it, or release any official information, which in fact breaks the laws of the state of Florida.

The FBI refuses to release any audio of the gunman's phone calls. So far, partial transcripts have been released
http://www.reuters.com/article/us-flori ... SKCN0Z50N4

It's very important to focus on why the audio will not be released, and why a number of things were censored from the phone calls. The FBI says it does not want to lend strength to Mateen's propaganda. So not even 4 seconds of non-sensitive audio can be released? Why can't the public verify it was Mateen by comparing his voice to the widely distributed video of him speaking online?

Another anomaly from the 911 calls is in plain sight. In the transcript of the phone calls supposedly made by the gunman, at no time does he actually identify himself as Omar Mateen. The closest we get is this:

OD (Orlando Police dispatcher): "What's your name?"
OM (the caller whom the FBI says is Omar Mateen): "My name is I pledge of allegiance to Abu al-Bagdhadi of the Islamic State."
OD: "Ok, What's your name?"
OM: "I pledge of allegiance to Abu al-Bagdhadi may God protect him [Arabic], on behalf of the Islamic State."
OD: "Alright where are you at?"
OM: "In Orlando."
OD: "Where in Orlando?"
[End of call]

What can we take away from this? According to the transcript, the caller never identifies himself. Never specifies his location. It's all about trying to link the Orlando shooting to ISIS.

Why won't they release the audio, so we can hear this man whom the FBI says is Omar Mateen? It may be because we already have clear samples of Mateen speaking in the movie "The Big Fix" -- which has been distributed far and wide for all to hear. People are starting to wonder if the FBI does not want us to compare the speech of Mateen in that movie to whoever supposedly spoke in those transcripts.
