Forensic Report - part 3 (Conclusions of the 1st DNA Report)

Image

Summary of tests for the first DNA Report:

Bushmaster .223 rifle
1. A. Lanza included as contributor to the DNA from "forearm" of the rifle (there's also a mixture of DNA).
2. A. Lanza eliminated as source of DNA from the "trigger" of the rifle.
3. A. Lanza eliminated as source of DNA from the "pistol grip".
4. A. Lanza eliminated as source of DNA from the "shoulder stock".
5. A. Lanza eliminated as source of DNA from the "cartridge 'chambered' round'".
6. A. Lanza eliminated as source of DNA from the "feed area and side of magazine".
7. A. Lanza eliminated as source of DNA from the "cartridges from magazine".

Savage .22 rifle
1. A. Lanza eliminated as source of DNA from the "cartridges" of the .22 rifle
2. Cartridges:

Forensics Report - part 4 (uhm...)

This official conclusions require some emphasis

The .22 cartridges:

The envelope:

So there was an unknown person touching the .22 cartridges and a convicted offender licking an envelope (Christmas Card) and its stamp at the Lanza house? That makes 2 new suspects.

Also, there was DNA on the .223 Bushmaster. It just didn't come from Adam Lanza, except in the singular case of the "forearm" of the rifle (he carried it passively at some point?) Note that A. Lanza is included as a contributor from that 1 swab, yet it's not a pure match, and it's derived from a mixture (2 or more people). So where did the other DNA come from all over the .223 rifle? Wouldn't the most recent people to handle the .223 be Adam and Nancy Lanza? Adam supposedly had his sweaty fingers, protruding from the fingerless gloves, all over that rifle on Dec 14 2012.

Forensic Report - part 5 (DNA Report II samples)

On May 29, 2013, a few days after the first DNA Report, a second such report was drafted. Emphasis was on testing two main groups of items:

-the .22 rifle (item 4)
-the door handles of the black Honda, license plate 872-YEO (thought to be the vehicle A.Lanza drove to SHES).

Forensic Report - part 6 (DNA Report II, Conclusions - .22 rifle)

Image

Savage .22 rifle
1. A. Lanza included as contributor to the DNA from "left side of stock area" (mixture of DNA)
2. A. Lanza included as an [improbable] contributor to the DNA from "forend area of rifle" (mixture of DNA)
3. A. Lanza eliminated as the source of the DNA profiles from "handle area of rifle" (mixture of DNA)

For the forend of the rifle, the DNA profile is so unclear/common that the science examiner wrote: "The results are consistent with a laboratory staff member included as a contributor to the DNA profile from item #4-1S6." In other words, this could be almost anyone's DNA.

So, there is only 1 allegedly probable DNA link to A. Lanza leaving DNA on the .22 rifle.

The swabbed samples for these items were "consumed" during the tests. I can assume they were destroyed in the process.

Black Honda, license plate 872-YEO

Swabbed samples were taken from internal and external door handles of the black Honda, license plate 872-YEO (thought to be the vehicle A.Lanza drove to SHES). There were eight samples altogether -- items numbered #40 to #47. All samples were "consumed" during the tests, which I can assume means destroyed in the process. Only 2 of these samples produced DNA profiles.

1. A. Lanza eliminated as source of DNA profiles from Submission #40 "drivers exterior front door handle"
2. A. Lanza eliminated as source of DNA profiles from Submission #41 "drivers exterior rear door handle"

Those results should at least lead to a further investigation. Well, if they didn't already have their conclusion. I mean, why bother now? In the words of Hillary, "what difference at this point does it make?" Time to move on to the next event that can be used to score political points.

Heli, ha. I agree. These cover-ups have been going on for a long time. There's an amazing new book out by a researcher named James W. Douglass. He's a well respected scholar (and a Christian, if that makes a difference to anyone here). He has published books which have treasure troves of recently declassified documents. In his book I'm reading called "JFK and the Unspeakable", he just started touching on the Warren Commission and how/why it was brought together.

Long story short, the government Commission (to investigate the assassination of JFK) was thrown together with the conclusions stated in mind first. The agenda, in the words of the LBJ operatives, was to make the Commission cover up the crime, make it look like Oswald was the one and only perp despite evidence to the contrary, cloud his motives, and encourage the US public to just move on.

Once the public tolerated that huge event, and they did, the power elite realized they could conceivably convince the public of nearly anything. Make a 'final report' and move on.

Another Script Malfunction - ghost janitors, orange dresses, and blue jeans

Rick Thorne was the "heroic" assistant custodian who told teachers to lock their doors when the "shooting" started. His voice is captured on the 911 calls too (I invite everyone to listen to them to see how authentic he sounds). The legend of Rick Thorne started on the Glenn Beck show. Until then, Rick Thorne was unknown (or is that uncreated?) part of the narrative. Beck interviewed a SHES teacher by the name of Shari Burton, who claimed that her 'good friend' Rick Thorne confronted Lanza and told him to drop the gun. That's a brave story. Except, by miracle, the story changed completely, and we never heard anymore from Shari Burton. All of sudden Rick Thorne never confronted Lanza. Never saw him. Never spoke to him. Thorne hung back.

The legend of Rick Thorne was that he was subbing for the head custodian, Anazalotti, who happened to have taken that day off. Curiously, a lot of staff members took that day off.

Rick Thorne was supposedly confronted by police, hand-cuffed, and escorted out of the building. They brought him out through the lobby and the main entrance. Thorne claimed he looked to his right and saw two adult females lying on floor next to the office (exactly where Sherlach and Hochsprung were supposed to have been murdered). Here is an excerpt from the police report based on Thorne's account, found in file 00104263.pdf, Book 5:

Image

So one of the women wore an orange dress. Odd to wear a dress in mid Dec with the temperature recorded in the low 40s. Thorne claims he did not recognize them. That's strange. Hochsprung was the principal, the person he ultimately answered to, and also a woman who came to school early like he did.

Let's compare Thorne's account with the official police observations of how they found Sherlach and Hochsprung. I shrunk the descriptions down just to focus on their attire. The file can be found in several locations. This one is from CFS_1200704597, file 00118939.pdf:

Image

Both victims were wearing jeans. They seem to have been dressed for fall or winter: sweaters, long-sleeved shirts. Nothing orange. No dresses. I wonder why Rick Thorne saw an orange dress and had no idea who the dead females were. I wonder if Rick Thorne is even a real person. Photographs and records of him don't seem to exist.

More than One Invader - part 4 (the mystery of the mask)

According to the police reports, lead teacher Natalie Hammond was the only surviving adult to have seen the shooter. In each report filed by individual first responders (Newtown PD and CT State Troopers), they wrote that Natalie Hammond observed the shooter wearing a mask that totally concealed his face (in fact, Hammond mentioned she was even unable to discern the sex of the shooter). Apparently she told her story to a long parade of policemen, who strangely all wrote their reports on the incident many months later. There are mentions of the same Hammond mask story in the following pdf files from Book 5: 00005524, 00006299, 00038650, 00104089, 00256315. Also, from Book 6: 00007290, 00011235, 00026724.

Beyond what Natalie Hammond allegedly reported, there is another source mentioning a masked shooter. File 00003250.pdf, book 5, features the statements of the bus driver who claimed to have picked up four students fleeing from the school. The story is that the female bus driver got a description; one of the children told her they saw a masked shooter(I posted the whole statement earlier).

Because the stories are so heavily controlled by authorities, I don't know if the mask story has any truth to it or not (to be honest, I don't know if any of these police reports are honest). Nevertheless the official line from the police is that they were under the impression that a 2nd shooter was involved. Not only were multiple adult males apprehended on the school grounds immediately during and after the event, Lt. Michael Davis also made the following statement about Hammond's mask story. In file 00007290.pdf, Book 6, Lt. Davis is getting information from the "injured woman" to whom Sgt Cario is applying first aid (based on other reports, we know this is Hammond):

Image

As other police officers noted, Lt. Davis clearly noted that the deceased shooter he saw was not wearing any mask. No mask was listed as being part of Lanza's attire. No mask was found in and around the school either. So there is a suggestion of more than one invader, but also a possibly bogus scripted story of 'external invaders' to muddy the waters. I have a comment or two, though I'll keep it to myself.

BONUS vid. Here is Hammond 2 months after the 'event'. She's all smiles and speaks only of her personal affairs. No missing lost colleagues, kids, or the school. Just joy.

The Absence of Lawsuits

This requires no complicated essay. There have been no law suits regarding the 'atrocious' crimes committed at SHES. Even though a New Haven attorney filed a lawsuit on behalf of one unknown party against the state of CT for $100 million, the attorney dismissed his own suit days later. According to him, and I'm not sure if I believe this, the attorney dismissed it after receiving hundreds of complaints on his facebook page. It sounds like a PR prank on his part.

Let's compare Sandy Hook to the Columbine Shootings, where there is ample proof of horrible suffering. Seventeen law suits were launched, some individual and some collective encompassing all the victims' families. Several were dismissed and yet others won millions of dollars for victims.

I'm not saying it's right or wrong - just that there was a sustained push to sue over years.

So far, for the events of Dec 14 2012, no one in the world has launched a sustained effort to demand accountability in a civil legal proceeding. The school district, the town, the state have all been given a free pass. Even the man referred to as Peter Lanza, whom we've never seen or heard from, should have had a legal target on his back early on. In addition, there would be at least be an effort from someone to sue the inheritors of Nancy Lanza's estate as well.

For better or worse, America is a country of litigation. It's not uncommon for one or more law suits to emerge from an everyday vehicle accident. There's no point in listing tons of other examples, going right into wrongful death cases; we all know lawsuits appear a lot, even if they are not successful. Yet, in a mass murder case -- with 20 dead kids, 6 dead teachers, and several injured and highly stressed individuals -- not a single law suit.

EDIT: Example #1. During the Martinsville West Middle School Shooting on March 25, 2011, a 15-year-old suspended student, shot 15-year-old Chance Jackson twice in the abdomen with a 9mm handgun at the entrance of the school. Two families filed law suits, at least one of which aimed against the school district for failing to protect their son. 1 victim. 2 law suits.
http://www.theindychannel.com/news/2nd- ... l-shooting

Example #2. The Thurston High School shooting. Big civil lawsuit:
http://www.thefreelibrary.com/Thurston+ ... 0100993418

Example #3. Heath High School shooting in Kentucky. One victim family sued over 50 parties.
http://articles.chicagotribune.com/keyw ... igh-school
http://topics.nytimes.com/top/reference ... l_carneal/

Example #4. The Jonesboro, Arkansas school shooting led to a law suit vs gun manufacturers.
http://www.buzzfeed.com/djpeisner/the-g ... rious-scho

Talking about love, forgiveness, trust, and joy, the Sandy Hook victim's families have never mentioned any bad vibes vs possibly liable parties. Which is crazy. Instead they concentrated on maximizing donations from the public, accepting the state's guidance and support, and building anti-gun political lobbies. It couldn't really be any better for the authorities involved.

Image

As weird as the Colorado Theater shootings were, there actually were law suits. I have yet to explore them in detail.

Victim parties in the Boston Bombing didn't sue and accepted relief from the Boston One Fund. Again I have to explore this.

The Bathroom Hide-Out Story of Teacher Kaitlin Roig - part 1

Before the school was torn down, if you were to walk in the main entrance and take a left down the hallway, the first classroom you would come across was Room 12. It was once assigned to 1st grade teacher Kaitlin Roig.

"For reasons that could not be explained Saturday, Lanza passed by Roig's classroom."

http://www.courant.com/news/connecticut ... 8106.story

Roig claimed that while Lanza started blowing off ear-splitting shots right outside her door, she persuaded her class of fifteen students to remain sane and assemble in the bathroom at the back of the class. She would join them inside once she wheeled a "large storage cabinet" in front of the door. This would have been an enormous undertaking to fit 15 children and herself inside the bathroom. In her own words, the bathroom was 3 feet by 4 feet. Nearly half of the standing room was taken up by a toilet.

I present Room 12 and its tiny bathroom according to the official blueprints for the school:

Finally, here are the best photographs we can find of the actual bathrooms in the back of the early grade classrooms. This is right from the SHES website:
