I'm not generally a fan of hers, but that was a really well thought out, interesting video.

I could have lived without the "wage gap" thing coming up again, but I guess you've got to keep the meme alive.

Anyway, it's just another example of how you're supposed to ignore reality if it doesn't support your agenda. Hey, actually two examples, with the movie and the wages. Maybe it's some kind of meta "Inception" thing.

We may be spared the Ghostbusters Cinematic Universe.

Just in case you thought it would ever die, here's Paul Feig again, reminding us that only misogynists hated the new Ghostbusters. Oh, and also apparently the original was too good.

It's almost like it was a bad idea to do this reboot. But that's just crazy talk.

" and the song — no way were we going to make it without the song."

they call that Fallout Boy train wreck "the song"?? That thing was awful.

To be fair, the original Ray Parker, Jr. song is, at least, on the soundtrack to the film (in addition to two other version besides the Fallout Boy junk, including one by Pentatonix that is probably pretty decent at least). The original was likely played during the credits.

The guys at Screen Junkies have offered a typically hilarious send-up in the form of the latest "Honest Trailer":

Maybe the original was on a radio in a bar or something.

I saw that Honest Trailer yesterday and enjoyed it. Ultimately, it's another lame reboot nobody wanted, and I hope it just quietly fades away into the discount bin like the rest.
