My 8 year old daughter is really excited to see this one, so I'm glad to hear it's good.
Anything I should watch out for with kid viewing? |

Think you'll enjoy it too.
Parent watch stuff: Steve comes out of a pool and covers little Steve; maybe Dr. Poison's mask is a little creepy; implied gas death? Think that's the big stuff. |

Thanks for the rundown. I know that stuff isn't foremost in the non-parent mind, so I won't hold it against you if you're forgetting something.
![]() She's a pretty tough kid, so I don't think the creepy mask will bother her. I took her to a mini haunted house at Halloween last year and she totally blew it off as not scary. |

Really enjoyed it!
Finally something to be encouraged about in the DCEU! |

I went with the kiddo, and it was pretty fun.
Gal Godot and Chris Pine worked really well together. I definitely could have wished for a better villain, but eh, whaddaya gonna do? |

Okay, just saw it and everyone liked it. The movie was pretty cool. I could go into what was great and what was so-so. Some fans were complaining about Ares, but hey, I like the actor David Thewlis so I welcomed his appearance and twisty stand-off at the end. (Check Thewlis in the new season of Fargo - the guy plays a wicked character.)
But for me, it was all about Gal Gadot. Let's face it, she's just lovely. I was solely entertained watching her run around and being superhuman and naive. What a hawty. Girls think she's gorgeous. Guys thinks she gorgeous. DC has struck gold with her. |
